Our hotel restaurant, Olea Fragrans, is named after the two ancient Olea Fragrans trees you’ll see outside. These trees have been here for centuries, gently perfuming the air, comforting us with their shade, and standing as the quiet companions of the lake.

Today, Olea Fragrans is more than a restaurant in Cannero Riviera, it is a true destination among restaurants on the shores of Lake Maggiore, where guests and visitors alike come to enjoy both cuisine and one of the most beautiful terrace views on Lake Maggiore.

Nature inspired not only our restaurant’s name, but also our cooking philosophy.

Our chef Luca works exclusively with fresh, carefully selected ingredients, no matter if he’s preparing a light lunch or the “La Grande Carte” for the evening. While Luca takes care of the menu, Isabel, our experienced maître d’hôtel, oversees the staff and guest communications, making sure everyone feels welcome. Together with the rest of our staff, they create the perfect setting to enjoy Italian cuisine or gourmet menus, indoors or on the lakeside terrace.

Whether indoors or outside, every table is designed to enhance the experience. The lakeside terrace offers one of the most enjoyable restaurant views in Cannero Riviera, with tables set in the shade of fragrant trees during the summer months.

As the seasons change, the ancient Olea trees bloom, filling the air with their delicate scent, a detail that transforms a simple meal into a sensory experience.
